Services
Bat Tree Surveys
When it comes to trees, the specialist knowledge of PRFs and advanced climbing skills of a highly experienced ecologist climber really is the best you can get. Available to work with your in-house climbers or I can supply a complete team.
Training
Our training program covers bat ecology and survey methods with specific modules designed for tree surveys including hands-on climbing survey workshops for practical experience.
Bat Mitigation
Extensive experience working with arborists, demolition and roofing contractors on bat mitigation sites, both small and large. Maybe you need a larger team or perhaps its just not practical to commit one of your in-house seniors full time, but as a specialist subbie I can block out time for the full duration of site works and the benefits of having that continuity are considerable.
Hazel Robson MCIEEM
Licensed bat ecologist with approximately 15 years consultancy experience and professional tree climber since 2015.
What Clients Say
Hazel provided expert ecological support on a complex bat mitigation project in South Manchester. The project featured large buildings with multiple bat roosts and differing types of roosts, which wasn’t the easiest task to complete. During her time supporting us, Hazel was adaptable, supportive, and full of excellent ideas and solutions to get the project over the line. Hazel worked extremely hard while assisting us and arrived on-site very well prepared. When problems were encountered during the works, she came up with practical solutions on the fly, and this, coupled with her excellent knowledge of construction, really helped us achieve a positive result.
We will be sure to use Hazel on projects in the future.” – Callum S.
I learned a lot working with Hazel on tree climbing surveys and improved both my knowledge of bat ecology and my climbing skills. – Vicky D.
